How To Learn Telepathy

Make sure that you have a way to get a hold of each other, either through a phone or an Internet chat program or a webcam.

Take turns and decide who is going to first. The person who is going first will visualize the other person as clearly as they can. Consider what the look like and imagine a bright line of pure energy stretching from yourself to them. You may also consider a bright glowing cloud that covers the both of you.

Now, 'send' your thoughts about something through that thread or from one light to the other light, like a telephone call or Web cam transmission. Keep your thoughts simple and make them as clear as you can - think about a photograph of your kids you have in front of you or something simple like that for now.

When you feel that the telepathic transmission has been completed, the next step is contacting your partner to ask them if they saw anything, and what it was if they did. Compare notes, then trade places and have the other person send.

Don't exhaust yourself right out of the gate. Make sure that you keep your first attempts quick and easy so that you don't get discouraged. This can take some time so remember that practice makes perfect.

If you want to learn telepathy, the most important thing is to keep your mind positive about it, and don't give up until you start to get results. You'll be entering into a new and wondrous universe!

Do You Like The Idea Of Lucid Dreaming?

Lucid Dreaming or Conscious Dreaming is the art of being aware that one is actually dreaming. In simple words, while in dream, you are aware that all the events are not happening in fact, or "It’s Just A Dream!" kind of situation. There is certain amount of control you can exercise while lucid dreaming, which is not the case in normal dreams.

The power of having complete control over the direction of your dreams is something straight out of metaphysical existence. Suddenly, all the limitations you ever felt in life just cease to exist.

But is it as simple as it looks like? Can everyone experience lucid dreaming and bring to life what otherwise seems difficult or impossible in this reality?

You can easily practice lucid dreaming. Many studies prove that you have the ability to do this, if you commit yourself to learning how to harness this powerful medium while expressing your inner desires.

You need to know what you hope to achieve through lucid dreaming. You can easily set an alarm to go off a couple of hours before your scheduled wake-up time. And when the alarm sounds, just wake-up, switch it off, and go to sleep in order to enjoy lucid dreams. In this regard, it’s extremely useful to keep track of your sleeping patterns so as to discover the best time to have lucid dreams.

Lucid dreaming can actually help you fight sleeping disorders, like insomnia. Whenever you are struggling to sleep at the normal sleeping hours, you just need to tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming, and your mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep.

Up until recently learning the art of lucid dreaming was a time consuming process. However recent advances in sound technologies have made things drastically easier for anyone to experience lucid dreaming.

The Amazing Benefits of a Higher Learning Degree

People who have Bachelor’s Degrees earn on average $26,000 more a year than those with just a high school diploma, according to numbers released by the Census Bureau last week. These numbers were for the year 2007 and were gathered from a survey on educational attainment in the United States.

The percent of people who have Bachelor’s degrees is also on the rise. Results showed that in 2008 29 percent of adults 25 and older have a Bachelor’s degree, this is compared to 24 percent in 1998.

What does this mean? It means that in order to remain marketable in today’s marketplace, higher education is essential. The recession has made it increasingly more difficult to find and keep a good job. Unemployment rates for those with higher education are much lower. Many people are realizing this and choosing to go back to school. This is illustrated by the fact that post-secondary enrollments are up, according to the Department of Education,

It also means that the value of a degree translates to more than a million dollars over a lifetime. In addition, there have been several studies that have found that higher education also equals a higher quality of life.

Higher education has been proven to correlate with better health. Those with a Bachelor’s were more likely to:

  • Attend art and cultural activities

  • Exercise

  • Buy and read books

  • Read newspapers and newsmagazines

  • Have knowledge about government

  • Be politically active

  • Have children with higher levels of education

And were less likely to:

  • Be overweight

  • Smoke

  • Be disabled

How To Astral Project Successfully

We are all born with the ability to astral project. Practice is the only reason some astral project and some do not. It is an ancient art and has been practiced for centuries deserving the same respect as yoga or meditation. Astral projection is known by different names and types. There are many different techniques to achieve astral projection.

One type of astral projection is lucid dreaming. This occurs when you are dreaming and know it. When your conscious mind knows you are dreaming you can astral project very easily. Get into the habit of telling yourself 'I am dreaming' when you are having a lucid dream.

Doing this lets you take the reins in your dreams – but it takes a while to master this, making it not the best way for beginners to astral project.

You need to know that astral projection is real. You should also know that you have astral projected already, you simply were not aware that is what had happened. Have you ever woken up from a dream either in the middle of the night or in the morning and remembered a ‘dream’ that you had the night before really well. As if you had lived it. That was an astral projection.

It is very important to have confidence that you can astral project. This will ensure you have a better chance of being successful at having an astral projection experience.

Meditating and practicing relaxation techniques will also help you astral project. Meditating is actually an ideal way to prepare your mind and body for astral projection. All you have to do is find a meditative practice that you can follow easily and that you will be able to stick with.

A fairly simple meditative practice could be sitting in your favorite comfy chair, in a quiet place with no distractions. Once you are comfortable it is time to clear your head of anything and everything that is floating around in there. Do not focus on any stresses or troubles that are burdening you. The best way to do this is to focus on your breathing, your breathing should be deep and slow. With each breath you should see all the troubles in your head leaving you through your mouth. This will help you reach that deeply relaxed state that is needed to astral project.

Your focus should remain on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. As you become more relaxed, your breathing will become deeper and slower.

Focus on each part of the body, starting at the farthest points, your toes. You can do one of two things here. You can either tense and relax each part of your body as you move up the body or you can say as you exhale, ‘My toes are relaxing, I am relaxing.’

You’ll begin to feel heavy and limp as you release all of the tension and negative energy. After you have relaxed your entire body, then it’s time to move on to the next step in starting to astral project.

Your body and your mind will be completely relaxed and it would be very easy to fall asleep, but don’t! To stay alert, you can repeat a phrase to yourself. It doesn’t matter what this phrase is – it could be as simple as 'walk the dog, walk the dog'.

When our minds have nothing else to do, they tend to wander – and this can spoil the concentration you need to astral project. Keep repeating your phrase to stay focused.

There are a few different ways you can reach the kind of altered state required for astral projection. You can keep repeating your phrase until you reach it, or use the 'body of light' method, where you visualize yourself transforming into a body made of light.

When you begin to astral project three things will happen to let you know. You will have a feeling of movement. You will notice different colors and lights in front of you. Your eyes will be closed as you are still in your chair or bed. When you see the lights this is when you are passing into the astral zone. Voices will tell you to go on and encourage you or tell you to stop now as a warning. When you hear these voices, it means you have succeeded in astral projecting.
