The cause of back pain – poor posture

Have you ever been given to the anatomy charts in the doctor’s office, or those which appear in dictionaries and textbooks? Ever wonder why they all look the same, as far as how the model is? Proper posture is positive things for your mental and spiritual condition, and helps you to eliminate pain, so spend some time to improve!
